I made music video of the morning I came to terms with disability.

This is a short music video.

The morning I came to terms with having AD/HD and being disabled was a defining moment for me. My depression that i was in was over and I felt a lot better.

VERY IMPORTANT

I would feel like I'm an asshole for creating a blog bitching about how much AD/HD has impacted my life and not offer at least some information that can help people who have it too. So this will be my one and only Public Service announcement.

AD/HD or ADD is not a disease, its a neurological disorder. I know from my own experiences just how bad it can be. People who have this affliction often times feel like that they are all alone. They may feel alienated, like nobody understands them, and they may be suffering from serious depression. If you or somebody else you know has AD/HD or ADD, they're (you're)
not alone. I am not a professional and I do not feel like I am qualified to offer advice. So I decided to post some links to organizations and support groups that can help.
